It was a great turn out!  We were all there in force and could not believe that they would want this to end...  Hopefully they will keep this bike night open for us, I am glad that we did our part, lets keep it going.

Steve and john did their thing out there, the DJ was great and on time with the Mayhem Anthem when we rolled in.

Send me the pics if you got them. How was the ride afterwards? You guys are hardcore!

It was a good turn out indeed, Mayhem out in force, and the stunters doing their thing.  Cheap Sandwiches, and cold drinks.

At the close of the evening

We took off and headed down 401 turned down plank rd, wnen we got to the end of that road mcgyver was lost fazer kinda knew where he was but wasn't sure how to get mcgyver home.. lol. so we stopped got our bearings,  recovered from hitting bugs and who knows what else something big whacked fazer in the shoulder then bounced off into my foot.  We rolled down into Aberdeen headed towards southern pines, pointed McGyver in the right direction for home then  fazer and myself headed on home through spring lake. rolled back into town and made it home around 10:30.


It was a much needed ride for myself, i was suffering from withdrawl.

Deer always.......always ruin your motivation....I saw one that almost ran in front of me while I was on the way to lead a ride from boston to Laconia bike week.....after I saw that ya boy almost turned around and went home......yowza!!!!!!!

Plank Rd. on Bragg is a baaaad place to ride at night.  Lots, lots, lots of deer, as well as turkey, coyote, wild dogs, and once in awhile bear.
