helmet laws
« on: July 07, 2008, 09:40:58 AM »
im always asking what states have them so i found 2 good sites.

i already heard everything on wearing helmets so i will wear one only if its a law in any state im in.

http://www.ama-cycle.org/legisltn/laws.asp

http://www.iihs.org/laws/HelmetUseCurrent.aspx

some states only require you have 10g insurance coverage or completion of a moto riding course for you not to wear a helmet.
fuck you! pay me

holy crap I never knew that many states had a no helmet law.

Personally I don't care what state I'm in, I'm wearing my helmet.

Everyone is always going to have there 2 on the helmet thang.I used to wear mine when i live in the bay but when i came to chi i didnt wear one ...my view was totaly different w/o the helmet .helmets saves lifes but then again it could also kill you and thats just my opinion.....If we take long rides then ill use one in the hwy ...but other then that im all open .

I just wouldn't feel comfortable not wearing mine. I know it's a personal choice for all of us but I'm glad I had mine on when I touched ground. Otherwise part of my chin and back of my head would've been gone

I wear my helmet everytime I ride... when I went down, it sure kept my head intact..... Ive seen many foos go down, and many marks on their helmets..... pretty much save their head, I guess those who dont wear them are hard heads...LOL

Players do what they want, sukkas do what they can.

Hittin' your noggin on the ground hurts even if you ARE wearing your helmet! Been there, done that!  :P

<--- don't care what state or temperature it is. I'll ride with my visor open if I have to. The helmet's stayin'! :)
