from another side.....growin up in ILL i learned to ride without a helmet.... 90 degrees and you like fuck that this shit is too hot... its more of like a weather guard than safety equip... now i moved to a state that requires you wear one (TN) and its WTF its really hot why am i wearing this but.... in ILL its all flats.. in cali, TN and all these other states, the terrain is alot more challenging and there alot more fatalities on sweeps and twisties with 100 ft bluffs for a shoulder

if i (hypothetically) were involved in a high speed crash
or accident where helmet saves my life.... I would rather pass from riding without the helmet than be a para or for that matter a quadrapalegic because i wore it...

I.e. I would rather die doing something i lived for than live for something I can never do

would it be safe to say that if a guy puts a 45 to your head and says "You will stop riding from this day, or i kill you" you would let him kill you?
