Looking for a commuter bike.

I know, I'm not walking yet, but I got a pretty good job offer that I might take for a while in SD but still commuting out of Westchester.  I'm still keeping my Mille for rides and bike nights but I'm looking for preferably a suzuki V-Strom (DL1000), SV650 (non S), Yamaha FZ1, Ducati Multistrada.  I might entertain a another supermoto 525cc and up, F4i, bandit,.  just planning ahead and CJ drinks his own pee.

i want a non s version of his bike....meaning the non fairing model and has a more upright seating position for the long commute.  It's not that long anyway, about an hour and some change and it's lots O' money.

with the rent difference there it would be better for me to stay where I'm at...plus I don't plan on staying out there.

move out here lando...could rent a 3 bedroom house for what youd pay for a condo there...and SD is a 45 minute drive....and an even shorter ride from here...

We are heading for a recession, and gas prices will go through the roof, moving out there is definitely a better option... in my honest opinion.

i got the perfect bike for you, i just built this buell xb12r. its a v twin and gets 65 mpg! im ONLY asking 21k!!! well let me know whatcha think:) it has a 300 rear and 200 hp! so... yeah its a great commuter. scorpio alarm, custom one off exhaust, one off levers, race ecm, wrapped headers, a 26 inch seat height, superplasma lights, k&n intake system, 1st 300 on a buell in the country! good luck shopping homie!
