For those who haven't Heard Serg AKA "Reaper" Ghost Ryder's LA has passed today. Reaper is a part of the Mayhem fam in a special way. Deepest condolences go out to his Family, his Fiancee and the Ghost Ryder Family.

Jorge and I rolled to the Hospital last night...he was found exiting Artesia from 405N. that's all the details the fam had. as of last night 10PM.
Summer is here and we love to ride fast and most of you don't wear gear. Let's be safe and wear gear fellas. Before you jump on the street, fwy look around and think about getting on the throttle hard. Its easy to pick up speed and split thru cars but its easier to not be able to slow down and idiot cutting you off.

Yesterday, 07/03/10, My boy Reaper was at Del Amo Motorsports and text me at 12:45pm that he was leaving to pick me up for lunch in LA. When he didn't show up at 1:30, I waited until 2PM, 3Pm and then I called a friend who gave me the chp website.
On the website, there was 2 accidents. One 405/Artesia-hit n run- no details, the other was 110/105 chrysler with Ambulance responding. I immediate drove out to the one on 110/105 fwy, and i saw the ambulance, but no bike.
So i went back to work and called a few friends of mine to see if they can run to see if he was in a wreck and being transported. At 5:30pm, my phone rang and it was a call from reapers cell phone, but it wasn't him, it was UCLA medical.
When we went to UCLA, we were told he was riding on the 405 n, exiting Artesia East and they didn't know if he was clipped or if he lost control, but when chp arrived to the scene, he was walking around, but disoriented, and went into cardiac arrest.
On the way to the hospital, his heart stopped, and they revived him and at the hospital, they gave him 3 pints of blood because the impact broke his ribs and punctured his heart. He was stable for an hour after his arrival.....but then they lost him.
I can't believe he is really gone....but he left this world happy, happy in love, happy in life, happy with his family, and happy doing what he loved......riding

Yea Serg was cool cat....It's unfortunate that we all have to go through life seeing good people leave us at such a young age. Serg was like family to Mayhem and always had a smile on his face. I know that some of you where a lot closer to him than i was but fortunately i was able to hang with him and have some good times. He will truly be missed.
Let's give thanks everyday for still being around and for having what we do. We are all blessed with having our personal family as well as the Mayhem family. Let's be thankful for the good times we share together. Let's make the best of what we have and cherish the moments that are still to come.

This is coming from the Family:
"Services will be held @ 9am on Thursday July 15th at Holy Cross Mortuary. If you want to see Sergio you must be here at 8:30am sharp because it will be a closed casket service. Please do not send flowers to the mortuary. If you want to send flowers send them to 151 West 84th St. L.A. CA 90003"
