His sentencing date is 10-4-07. They are trying to give him 3 to 5 years.. So if you can do it asap, It would be great. If someone could repost this on the Alliance site it would be great..

if you remember that crash he was in last Dec, a cop showed up after the crash and wrote a report to the DA sayin he was evading arrest from him. G went to court for it recently, the cop got on the stand and told 6 DIFFERENT stories of what happened in like a 20 minute period. we asked for a mistrial but were denied. the jury later found him guilty of evading arrest.

now hes facing 16 months to 3 years prison time.

Mention how well you know him? how long? What impacts he's had on the community? To the kids? What has he done for you? Rides? Shows? Charity? What have you done for him? Who are you to him? Sponser? Friend? Do you have any scheduled/planned events with him in the future? And lastly, his overall personality? Great guy? Family oriented? Professional?

we can try, but it doesnt mean its gonna change anything. besides that, sometimes the appeals take over a year. he might be out by then
