Room would be the master bedroom, slightly bigger than the other two.
Will only be 2 people in the house. The smaller of the three rooms is currently used as a den/computer room but could also be a guest room.
2-car garage now exclusively for motorcycles. Plenty of street parking if you have one of those 4-wheeled things.
Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of kids playing and riding bicycles (so you probably should not be a pedophile).
